Early registration (by February 29): $140 per child, $125 for each additional child in the same family. 

Regular registration (March 1 to May 15): $160 per child, $145 for each additional child in the same family.  

Late registration (May 16 and after, if room): $180 per child, $165 for each additional child in the same family.

A limited number of partial scholarships is available. If your family cannot afford the registration fee, describe in the comments section of the Registration Form your family's financial situation and note the amount that you are able to pay; register by May 1. In mid-May, the directors will distribute the scholarship funds based on the needs of those requesting assistance. If you would like to contribute scholarship funds to help a child or children attend Camp, please send a check payable to Kids and Cultures (memo: Camp Scholarship) to Kids and Cultures, 823 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602-2021. Thank you!

Parent/Guardian Permission Statement
By registering, I hereby give my child permission to attend Kids and Cultures Camp the week of June 11 to 15, 2012. I authorize the staff/volunteers of Kids and Cultures to take and use photographs and audio/video footage of my child as needed for their records and/or publicity programs. I hereby give permission for my child to be transported by Camp personnel or by ambulance for emergency treatment, as deemed necessary by Camp personnel. I accept all responsibility to carry insurance for injuries and health-related claims for my child. I hereby release Kids and Cultures and the host location from all legal liability for my child.

Payment
Please pay online via PayPal on our Payment page or send a check payable to Kids and Cultures, with your child's name in the memo line, to Kids and Cultures, 823 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602.

Contact us if you are not able to pay the full amount at the time of registration and we will be glad to work out a payment plan.

Cancellation/Refund
If your registered child is unable to attend Camp, notify us immediately in writing. If you cancel by May 15, 2012, a full refund (less the deposit) will be issued in the form of a credit for a future Camp session. There will be no refunds/credits issued after May 15, 2012, except in the case of an emergency.
